Three Bears near Yallingup remains closed until 6pm Thursday, July 5 due to a decomposing whale carcass south of the surf break.
The closure extends 600 metres north of the Three Bears car park to 300 metres north of Shivery Rock surf break.
Beaches and waters up to two kilometres out to sea cannot be used by divers, surfers and swimmers. This closure does not apply to vessels.
While the slowly decomposing whale carcass remains in the area it may attract sharks.
The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions will carry out another assessment before next Thursday.
