Busselton Senior High school is proud to present the musical production of the Wild West with performances starting on Friday, July 20.
“I Wanna, Wanna, Wanna, in the Wild, Wild West,” goes the exciting and powerful opening number in the Lucky Strike Saloon.
The musical is packed like a six shooter with all the glamour, pace and adventure you would expect from the Wild West with great characters who take the audience on a hilarious action-fueled journey.
Bad Bart, Miss Kitty (the stylish and powerful saloon owner), Annabelle (the classic tomboy), Sheriff Starr (and his domineering mother), a real hero, Stumpy the old gold digger, the frosty Temperance League, showgirls, Mexicans, Indians, goodies and baddies.
This show has every character strutting their stuff on stage.
This cowboy comedy also has an outstanding live musical score that will have you fighting the urge to leap into the aisles and start dancing.
Performances will be held at 7pm on Friday, July 20, Saturday, July 22, Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28.
The shows commence at 7pm and will conclude around 9.30pm with food and drinks available at intermission.
Both matinees for the district primary schools have completely sold out.
If you are looking for a great night out offering something different then this is an excellent adventure for families young and old.
The show is chock-a-block full of dad jokes, a well-executed script and excellent live music combined with comfortable, warm and tiered seating.
