The elusive Quindalup sandbar has had a few good days with running lefts perfect for the paddle board.
Winter swells have continued to pound the coast with none stop waves rolling through in the 5-metre plus range.
There have been some manageable conditions in at Bunker Bay, Rocky Point and Meelup over the past month with plenty of sand moved around the bays.

Forecast
Another large 4-metre swell on Thursday with south-west winds should light up the protected bays.
Friday sees a drop in the swell to around the 3-metre range with the winds tending southerly.
Saturday looks good with light offshore easterly winds early before they tend into the north direction and a fun 2-metre swell.
Sunday turns choppy with north-north-westerly winds and more of a wind swell.
