Throwback Thursday – 10 years ago in the Busselton Dunsborough Mail | photos

It’s our favourite time of the week – a chance to reflect on the changes in our region, the faces and the fun that was being had 10 years ago this week.

Take a look at our gallery and see if you can spot any familiar faces.

Making headlines, the estimated cost to fix the Busselton Jetty blew out by 50 per cent and Busselton identity Robert (Bob) Barber was sadly found in bushland after he had been missing for several days.

In sport, three girls from the South West were selected to represent the Australian country water polo team after competing for WA at the National Country Championships at the Gold Coast.

Almost 40 teams from all over Perth and South West accepted an invitation to play in the Busselton Bowling Club Classic.
