Hundreds of people gathered in Busselton on Sunday to remember those who served and those that lost their lives serving for their country.
It was also the 100th anniversary of the Armistice marking the end of World War i, when all fell silent on the Western Front after four years of continuous warfare.
To honour those who lost their lives in all conflicts, Remembrance Day is held around the world on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month each year.
During the service in Busselton, musician Mike Wilkinson performed moving renditions of And the band played Waltzing Matilda along with The Anzac.
The service in Busselton was held at the Cenotaph with community members gathering at the RSL for morning tea and refreshments later on.
