Geographe Bay Race Week is underway with 36 yachts competing for the top spots across four divisions.
This year a team of sailors from the US have travelled to Busselton to compete in the week long event.
Sunday was the first day of racing with Geographe Bay boat Twist n Shout skippered by Doug Lawler take first place on handicap and across the line in division one.
Division two saw a battle between Busselton yachts Ziggy Stardust skippered by Mark Blizzard and Ex-hil-R-8 skippered by Neil Forster, with Blizzard taking first place on handicap.
Division three saw Spritzig sailed by J.Streicker take first place on handicap with Geographe Bay yacht Electric Tram skippered by Barry Brown first to cross the line.
Fortusity sailed by J Hornbuckle from the Royal Pert Yacht Club was first on handicap and first to cross the line in division four.
Geographe Bay Race Week continues this week with the final day of racing taking place on Friday.
