Dunsborough resident Ralph Upton is organising his 11th Clean Up Australia Day and is hoping to recruit more volunteers for Sunday, March 10.
The official date for Clean Up Australia Day is this weekend, however Mr Upton said they preferred to do it after the long weekend so they could clean up after the tourists had left.
Mr Upton has organised the clean up since 2008, beginning with only four people, he hopes this year he will attract more than 100 volunteers to help clean up Caves Road from Yallingup to Siesta Park.
"That is always the problem areas, last year we collected more than 350 bags of rubbish," he said.
"We have 54 locations and need just a few more than 100 people, which I have to recruit every year."
The clean up will take place between 7am and 9am, but if people are keen to help and cannot make the Sunday they may help out on another day.
