Greg, Brad, Linda and Pauline Christian have been operating small businesses in Busselton for more than 20 years and in that time they have learnt that every customer is special.
That's why they took a personalised approach to Uscape Garden Centre & Cafe when it opened in 2016.
"Our team understands we are a retailer of choice - people don't shop at our store because they need to have dinner on the table or put fuel in the car, so we work harder to build true value into every single dollar our customers spend," Jamie Blake said.
"We take customer service personally, we only exist because of our customers so we offer an experience that is truly customer-focused."
Part of that experience is being able to come into the garden centre to find a solution for your garden or home and talk to an experienced staff member who is always prepared to listen, understand and provide expert advice on what you wish to achieve to bring your amazing ideas to life.
"We have a passionate team of around 20 local people with a diverse range of skills," Jamie said.

The core products available at Uscape Garden Centre include plants, soils, mulch, pots, features, giftware and of course, there is also the cafe.
"We love every season at Uscape because it always brings something new," Jamie said.
"Summer, autumn, winter or spring, we always have something fresh and exciting. Right now you can bring your garden inside with a fabulous range of indoor plants matched with the right decor or get that winter veggie patch started with a great range of seedlings."
The team at Uscape Garden Centre love that they form part of the DNA of our community.
"We live here, we work here and we are fortunate to be able to offer a little something back to others around us," Jamie said.
"We support a range of local sporting clubs; football, golf, tennis, lawn bowls. We provide assistance to The People Place and wherever possible we donate to locally run charities and sporting events."
