Busselton's beloved op shop The Match Factory has reopened at 19 Albert Street Busselton, after a fire destroyed its building last month.
Money raised through the op shop helps the Uniting Church in Busselton run a community cafe, children's group and other community projects which are supported by the church.
Busselton Uniting Church reverend Andy Broadbent said they wanted to get up and running as quickly as possible so they opened a new store opposite Busselton McDonald's.
"We wanted to open not only because The Match Factory helps the community, but there are also 40 volunteers who are involved which is a real social network and hub for them," he said.
"We did not want to leave the community or our volunteers stranded, which is why we wanted to get up and running again. We will be here hopefully until we can rebuild our old site."
Reverend Broadbent said the low cost food shop would now operate from the Albert Street store.
"We are still in town and in walking distance for many people, so they can still get here," he said.

The Match Factory volunteer Shirley Dawson said she had enjoyed working there for the past 12 years, and wanted to reopen for all the volunteers involved at the op shop.
After the fire destroyed the old building, Ms Dawson said the volunteers would ring her everyday to find out when they could restart.
"They really enjoy working here and they love the company, which is why we really needed to get it going again," she said.
Ms Dawson said the new store was a lot smaller than its previous location which meant they could fill it with as much stock as they would like too.
If people would like to make donations to The Match Factory, they should continue dropping off items at the old store located at 41 Kent Street, Busselton.
