Ghislaine Waddell has met so many great people since she started training with CrossFit South West and says a lot of them have one thing in common.
Their busy lives are causing their nutrition to fall by the wayside - and this is what inspired her business Fuel Food.
"They are all so busy with their jobs, families etc they don't have time to look after their nutrition, so I thought what's the best way I can help them?" Ghislaine said.
"The idea came that I could be making busy people their lunches and dinners."
"That's how it started and after a while, I was able to up it to breakfast and snacks which was really exciting."

"My business is special because there isn't anything just like it at the moment, there's a huge gap in the market and I talk with everyone ordering meals, find out what foods they enjoy, what they are looking for and work to the best of my abilities to get that to them."
"I care about the people I'm cooking for and what them to be nourished and energised to take on their busy days."
Fuel Food delivers around the South West and Ghislaine is happy to change any meals to suit dietary requirements.
"Fuel Food's main goal is to make peoples lives easier so anything I can do to help with that I'm happy to do."
