This time of year sees a large exodus of South-West crew head to the warmer shores in the north of WA.

Fishing and Diving in the Capes region has been pretty slow due to bad weather and big swells.
Steve and Paul got out the other day from Augusta and managed to pick up a good size pink snapper and a couple of other species.
We also had reports of good size duh fish caught from Gracetown.
Beach based fisherman are keeping an eye on the northerlies blowing into Geographe Bay - eagerly awaiting a night of pink snapper.
A perfect activity for the school holidays is to take the children to the river, beach or jetty for a fish. All it takes is a fishing rod, a pre-tied rig, some bait and a bucket.
You could be eating fresh fish for dinner as well as getting the children out of the house and away from the electronics.
