Supper Road were named wedding caterers of the year for the second year running at the annual Restaurant and Catering Industry Association Awards.
Owner Rhys Passmore said it was great for Supper Road, and more importantly the staff to be recognised for the hard work they put in each week, delivering quality food and service they are renowned for.
The team at Supper Road received the award at a cocktail party held at the River Room at Optus Stadium on Monday August 12.
"Now we will represent WA at the national awards which will be held in Brisbane in October," he said.
"We will find out how we go against the rest of the nation.
"A couple of years ago we were in the small catering category and we actually won best in Australia, and last year we won the WA small caterer and the wedding caterer."
Mr Passmore said they were judged on various criteria including table presentation, food quality, food appearance, kitchen cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Supper Road employ five full time and 55 casual employees and have have been operating for four years.
"We have a fair bit going on, we do up to 200 events and weddings each year throughout the season," Mr Passmore said.
