New events have been announced for this year's revamped WA Gourmet Escape which will see festivities spread across Perth, the Swan Valley and Margaret River.
Events in the region include the Fraser Gallop Estate Friday Long Lunch which will be held on Friday November 15.
The lunch will be hosted by Melbourne's Vue de Monde executive chef Hugh Allen, one of Australia's rising talents.
The chef has been tasked with matching wine and food for the popular event.
Tickets are $320 per person.
Dunsborough chef Aaron Carr will team up with Sydney's Momofuku Seiobo executive chef Paul Carmichael to prepare a Caribbean-Australian six course lunch at Carr's Yarri restaurant.
The Carribean born Carmichael is described as imaginative, modern and his undeniably delicious cooking style draws on family inspiration and food traditions from across the Caribbean.
Carmichael will cook alongside like-minded Carr, offering a tropical feast inspired by the South-West landscape and ingredients.
The meaty menu will be served alongside wines from Snake & Herring, another producer that draws plenty of inspiration from the region.
Tickets are $265.
Other events in the region include Mark Best on The Ocean Dream, Gourmet Beach BBQ, Sunset Beats and Bites, Safari Club Lookout and Gourmet Village.
