A murder mystery is set to take over the stage at the Weld Theatre when the repertory club brings The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society Murder Mystery to Busselton.
Director Margaret Sanft said audiences had to realise that mistakes that happened during the play were meant to happen.
"In this murder mystery there are at least seven murders, people keep visiting and getting murdered," she said.
The plot is based around Checkmate Manor and each character who was murdered had a different chess piece in their hand.
"It is supposed to give them clues, in actual fact it doesn't," she said.
"During the interval a quiz is run, people will receive a questionnaire in their program, it is a lot of fun.
"It is just funny, funny, funny," she said.
The play starts on Friday October 11, tickets are available from https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=551476.
