Margaret River Distillery Co., makers of Giniversity Gin and Margaret River Vodka, celebrate four years of operation on Saturday 16 November and Sunday 17 November with an action-packed weekend of celebrations.
The party starts on Saturday with a special Pink Australian Native Giniversity Gin Cosmopolitan for $12 available all day.
Live music will also be playing from 3pm on Saturday.
Sunday will see the launch of the inaugural Bloody Mary Brunch, which will kick off at the Distillery at 9am.
For the first time in Margaret River, the restaurant will offer a special choice of three signature Bloody Marys made with Barrel Aged Giniversity Gin, Limeburners Sherry Cask Whisky or Margaret River Vodka for Sunday morning breakfast.
Another first for the restaurant is a specially-developed, limited menu to accompany the Bloody Mary Brunch.
The speciality menu includes a hearty Chickpea Savory Pancake, a traditional Potato and Spring Onion Rosti with an option of Giniversity Gin-Cured Salmon, or specialty house Bircher Muesli.
The menu is available from 9am on Sunday mornings.
The introductory Sunday Breakfast offer includes one specialty food plate and one Bloody Mary for $25.
Founder and Master Distiller Cameron Syme said the concept aimed to fill a gap in Margaret River's food and beverage scene.
"The Sunday morning food and beverage offering is quite limited, so we're looking forward to opening Giniversity for Sunday morning specialty breakfast, including a gluten free and vegetarian option," he said.
"The feedback we get is incredible and now we also offer an exceptional Sunday morning specialty food and beverage experience, this is really a great thing for locals and tourists alike."
Doors open early at 9am Sunday. Brunch is available till 11am with the options from the Lunch menu available.
