To help the region raise $100,000 for the bushfire appeal, Gannaways topped up the Margaret River Wine Association and the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association's bushfire relief efforts.
With money raised from last year's Christmas lights tour, Gannaways donated $2,000 towards the Margaret River Online Auction for Bushfire Relief fund.
The charter company raised more than $900 through gold coin donations at their Christmas lights tour, which saw drivers give their time for free and Ray Gannaway topping up the donation to make $2000.
Mr Gannaway said they had a great time doing the tour, and the light displays around Busselton got better each year.
"The people love it, everyone sings carols and we are looking forward to doing it again this year," he said.
The online auction was created to raise money for the Red Cross Bushfire Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund and regional causes on the East Coast which had been impacted by the fires. The auction was made possible through wine and tourism operators in the region donating more than 50 auction lots
The online auction finished on February 7, and included wines, experiences and accommodation.
