The Disabled Surfing Association held it's second last event of the season at Bunker Bay on Sunday morning. The last event of the season is on Saturday March 7 at Bunker Bay. Photos by Jeanette de Haas.

A group of young wahinis from Yallingup Boardrider's Club gave up their morning to help others catch a wave and have fun in the water.

Particpants and volunteers travel as far as Pemberton and Perth to be part of the day.

There were a few new faces in the crowd as not every one can make it to the usual Saturday events.

The flat ocean and lack of waves didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the many participants, carers and volunteers.

Gordon Smith in his first time as Beach Coordinator remarked about what a happy fun filled crowd there was.

The Leeuwin Naturaliste Junior Soccer Association has launched the Jillaroos Female Only Junior Soccer Tournament in the wake of the increased popularity of the sport with women and girls thanks in part to the success of the Matildas. 

The Jillaroos Female Only Junior Soccer Tournament will be rolled out across the region this winter season by the Leeuwin Naturaliste Junior Soccer Association.
