Geographe hosted Manjimup on an absolute belter Sunday and soon had some reshuffling to do as in form striker Ben Polkinghorne withdrew during the warmup with tightness in his large toe.
Harry Carroll was switched to striker teaming up with Dan Pickavance and the duo set about unsettling the rovers defense with some great runs and ball use.
Geographe set the tone early with some tidy football from the back continually pressing the rovers deep into their own half, Luke Evans and Tom light were impressive with their composure in the middle and it was Tom Light who after 14 minutes crossed and found Juliano Ferminio, unmarked and alone on the back post were he easily converted.
The next 15 minutes was heavy work as Manjimup lifted the tempo and their work rate, both teams had minutes were they dominated but the rovers couldn't break into the final third.
Godden and Sweatman were solid in defence but it was the work rate of Stojanovski which was impressive, his runs and continued overlapping thwarted the rovers rhythm and after a series of quality balls it was Harry Carroll, in the 28th minute who latched onto a loose ball and punished the Rovers' keeper.
The next five minutes and Geographe set about dismantling Manjimup and it was Dan Pickavance, who met a solid cross from the right and headed home, Geographe settled and knocking the ball around with ease.
Goldsmidt and Myles Godden on the left were now enjoying more use of the ball, creating and pushing the Rovers deep into their own half, Manning controlling the back, using both fullbacks to push wide and stretch the Rovers across the park, halftime and a handy 3-0 lead.
The second half started much the same as the first ended with Geographe having plenty of the ball, a youthful Jamie King, playing as striker squandered a few opportunities to score and it was Dan Pickavance who's run on the left, a sharp cut back onto his right and on the edge of the box, a stunning strike that gave the Rovers' keeper no chance, a ball that swerved and dipped and cannoned into the net.
Four up and it was Joe Chapple who came on, teaming up with Stojanovski, confidence high and now creating more headaches for the already overworked rovers defence, in the space of five minutes his pinpoint crosses found the tireless Luke Evans who headed home, his first for the day but within minutes the duo teamed up again and Evans completed his brace breaking any spirit the Rovers had left.
The Rovers hadn't given up and a quality long ball to their lone striker who brilliantly controlled and volleyed home gave them some respite from the constant pressure Geographe applied.
Eighty minutes deep into the game and it was Pickavance who's pace and ball use is impressive, delivered a great ball to an unmarked King who finally slotted home his first .
Seven-1 up and with only minutes remaining a mix up in defense allowed Manjimup's striker to easily convert his second, a good result for him as his chances during the game were limited.
Games end and a quality game from the Seasiders who continued their great form.
Retravision player of the day was Dan Pickavance who also picked up the player's play of the day as well.
Geo Division 2 took on an inform Dynamos at home.
The game was a very evenly contested outing for both sides with plenty of pressure being applied across the park, Geo having a number of chances go begging after the Mo's keeper not taking possession of the ball cleanly.
Jy Madden finally capitalising on the keepers fumbles to put Geographe one nil up.
Dynamos continued to press hard and equalised shortly after the break.
Both sides continued to squander chances and Geo was unfortunate to seal the game with a superb freekick from Matt Hemblen rebounding off the underside of the crossbar.
Dynamos made the most of one of their opportunities to seal the game, 2-1 up.
Busselton Toyota player of the day to Matt Hemblen for a solid performance all game but a fantastic work rate from Jamie King also wowed the spectators.
