September 12 saw the start of the annual Margaret River Region Open Studios event.
More than 100 artists from Busselton to Witchcliffe open their studios, in places like workshops, homes and sheds to the public for the 16 day event.
The event usually takes place in April each year, but due to the COVID-19 global pandemic it was postponed until September.
Artists range from painters, potters, jewellers, sculptors, photographers, glassmakers, illustrators or furniture makers and are all living in the region.
It is the eighth year of the event with some artists being well established to some emerging and others who do it as a hobby.
