Anticipation for Acting Up's production of The Wizard of Oz is mounting with tickets completely sold out to all their performances in the upcoming school holidays.
Director Stephen Lee has been aiming to bring all the magic of the movie to the stage of the Weld Theatre in Busselton thanks to the help of some theatre mums and dads working tirelessly behind the scenes.
Paul De Marchi has been putting his building skills to work to help recreate the farmhouse where Dorothy lives with her Aunty Em and Uncle Henry in Kansas.
"I have been helping out with the sets for a couple of years now, I have three kids involved in the theatre so it is pretty hard not to," he said.
"Each year the sets are getting more elaborate and it is really good this year.
"Seeing the kids faces is great, my youngest daughter is playing Dorothy so seeing her get up there is fantastic.
"It was hard yards to start off with but it will all be worth it in the end.
"We've had to make a few sacrifices because we really like going camping but that's been put on hold."

Kylie McNamee has spent around 20 plus hours sewing the costumes for Dorothy.
"My daughter has been very excited I have been fitting the dress on her as I've been going along," she said.
"It is the first time I have made a dress, I am not a sewer I have just been helping out.
"It turned out well, I like doing that sort of stuff.
"I had to dye all the fabrics as well, which was something I had never done before either.
"I was a bit worried about it, I had sewn before and thought I would give it a go, there were other sewers who could help me out if I couldn't do it.
"I cannot wait to see the final production, Kelsi is so excited to be Dorothy, it is such a great opportunity for her."
Behind the scenes Kevin Hall will be managing the stage to ensure the show goes on without a hitch.
Mr Hall's children go to Acting Up and this year they dropped him in the deep end.
"I need to control everything that happens as far as the cast goes, I take over from the director once he has finished," he said.
"It takes a bit to get your head around what's going on."
Rob Stuart will roar onto stage starring in the role of the Lion during their two week schedule.
"The Lion is a character where you are given the freedom to be as over the top as you like, so in that way it is fun," he said.
"I have been involved in theatre for most of my life, I am actively involved with Acting Up and the Rep Club.
"With this play in particular, my daughter expressed an interest and will be playing mayor of Munchkin Land.
"She comes along to a lot of shows I am and it has been nice to introduce her it.
"The Wizard of Oz is a lot of fun, everyone knows it, essentially it is a kids show but all adults know the story.
"Adults can fondly watch a kids show, because it is nearly 100 years old every adult remembers it."
