Busselton Tennis Club celebrated their grass courts being open for play on a most perfect Spring day on October 17, 2020.
The grass courts had been closed throughout Winter for the Busselton Tennis Club's annual maintenance period.
As the daily temperatures increased last week, Busselton Tennis Club groundsman Chris Ashton and his hardworking volunteer "A Team" laboured feverishly.
The A Team manicured the grass courts to the perfect condition and colour.
The lines straight, true and dazzling white.
The ground compacted so the yellow fuzzy balls bounced to their optimum pitch and angles over the fifteen grass court nets, all tensioned to satisfy the most critical of players, members and visitors alike and wow, they didn't disappoint.
