Police have charged a 56-year-old man from West Busselton, after he allegedly breached his hotel quarantine direction.
Police said the man arrived at Perth Airport from Singapore on Friday October 23.
The man was subject to a Centre Quarantine Direction for 14 days and it will be alleged the man exited his hotel room on Tuesday October 27.
Security approached the man, asking him to return to his room, and it will be alleged the man became aggressive towards security.
Police were called to assist, and it will be alleged the man continued to act in an aggressive manner towards attending officers.
As a result police have charged the West Busselton man with one count of failed to comply with a direction.
He was due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday October 28.
Further inquiries are ongoing relating to the actions of the man and further charges may follow.
