Nauti-Craft celebrated a new deal signed with long-term partner and German based vessel operator, designer and boat building group, Offcon GmbH and Wallaby Boats GmbH.
Wallaby Boats will be the first original equipment manufacturer globally to produce commercial boats using the Nauti-Craft suspension system with exclusive rights to the Nauti-Craft patent.
Nauti-Craft's technology was put to the test in rough seas at Dunsborough in 2015.
Soon after this Wallaby Boats GmbH's Harald Hbner and Steffen Staudenmaier took a test ride on Nauti-Craft's demonstrator 2 Play.
Nauti-Craft's 8.5 metre boat punched headlong into 1.2m choppy waves at over 30 knots.
Last week, Nauti-Craft welcomed City of Busselton mayor Grant Henley on board to test the craft's suspension technology first-hand.
Mr Henley said it was an exciting time for Nauti-craft and it's fantastic to see the local Dunsborough business persist and thrive in what has been a difficult environment.
"Securing international exposure is a major achievement and some would say, a game changer. Congratulations to all those involved in the company's success," he said.
The deal accelerates production of the first Wallaby boats and ensures further headway is made with the planned production of a full range of small commercial craft.
Nauti-Craft is working full throttle to release its first leisure boats this year.
