Australian Olympian Sam Fricker is notorious for sharing his life on TikTok. Even the moment he received a surprise gift from the NSW Premier.
The 19-year-old diver posted a video for his 1.2 million followers on TikTok on Friday, explaining just what the Premier sent his way.
"This morning I got a package from the NSW Premier," Fricker said in the video.
"Now, being apart of the Australian Olympic team, I think everyone in New South Wales got this little package from Gladys [Berejiklian]
"I got a nice little letter and some biscuits.
"Now, I absolutely love biscuits and these were some really nice quality ones as well. So, love it!"
In the video, Fricker showed a rather official-looking letter from the Premier and a cylinder of biscuits that read "thank you".
The treats were homemade vanilla bean iced fondant biscuits from Sprinkle and Bake, which cost $16.50 for a cylinder of five.
Fricker, originally from Merewether, was knocked out of the preliminary round of the men's 10m platform at his maiden Olympic Games in Tokyo this year.
Despite not making the semi-finals, the young diver amassed a following of 1.2million on TikTok by documenting his life as an Olympic athlete.
The 19-year-old, now based in Sydney, also has a biodegradable wheat straw brand called Sam's Straws, which he runs as a business.
