'How deep is your love? Couple take the plunge in history-making wedding' - April 14, 2021

Barragup couple Cameron and Debby McLeod made history when they were married in what is believed to be the first underwater wedding in WA.

Following a proposal which was also underwater, guests watched on from the Busselton Underwater Observatory as the happy couple exchanged their vows.

'No time limit for grieving' - April 24, 2021

Busselton community in mourning after two teenagers were killed in a car accident

Families and the community were left to mourn after a tragic car accident killed two Busselton teenagers on Doyle Road in Kalgup.

Sixteen year-old Buckley Spicer and 15 year-old Luke Hopkins passed away at the scene, with the seventeen year-old driver airlifted to hospital.

'Lockdown exodus' - April 28, 2021

The South-West was hit with a lockdown exodus when another COVID-19 outbreak hurled the Perth and Peel regions into lockdown on ANZAC day long weekend.

Many who had plans to visit the South West for the weekend decided to keep them, making sure they were out of the locked-down zones before restrictions began on the Saturday.
