Police arrested three people after uncovering the stash, along with scales, cutting devices and smoking implements on Friday night.
The drugs, including injectable testosterone, crystal methamphetamine, methamphetamine, pills, possibly MDMA, to the value of around $5000 have been seized by police.
The jewellery is believed to be stolen property from Perth.
Sergeant Craig Anderson from Dunsborough Police said the search had led to a good result.
“Crystal meth isn’t very accessible down here and as they had booked in for seven nights, we believe they were planning to set up and sell here for the week.
“We also believe they were planning on setting up a longer term operation down here, so we are really happy to shut it down.
“It was a good result, it’s certainly taken a small amount of drugs out of the local network, which otherwise would have contributed to further crime in a knock-on effect.
“Drug dealers profit on the misery of their customers, so it always brings a smile when we can protect the community and deal the lowlife scumbags some misery of their own.
“To find loose gems is pretty rare too. We’re not sure how much they are worth yet, it’s not something we come across every day.”
A 27-year-old male ex-bikie and 26-year-old woman, both of no fixed address, have been remanded in custody at Bunbury court.
They have been charged with possessing drugs with intent to sell or spike, possession of stolen property, possession of prohibited drugs and possession of smoking utensils.
A 26-year-old man from Scarborough has been charged with three counts of possession of a prohibited drug.
He will appear in Busselton Magistrate’s Court and has been released on bail.
“We encourage the community to ring Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 regarding any information they have, we are more than happy to keep conducting raids,” Sergeant Anderson said.
