LOOKING for a laugh?
Then look no further than downtown Busselton, because an international-grade stand-up comedy act, Blowout Comedy, is heading to Busselton this weekend.
“We're bringing some of Perth's best talent across,” Perth-based comedian Dan Brader said.
Dan is one of four headlining comedians taking their brand of laughs around the country, performing at regional WA shows in Bunbury, Rockingham and Narrogin so far, with plans to head to Gingin, Kwinana and Karratha after their show in Busselton.
Dan be will on stage with company such as the WA winner of triple j’s 2011 Raw Comedy search, Tien Tran, plus up-and-coming Perth comedians Sam Cribb and Rory Lowe, two of triple j’s Raw Comedy state finalists for 2013.
“The regional shows we've done – in Rockingham, Narrogin and Bunbury – have all been a lot of fun and we're expecting a good turn out and a good vibe from Busselton,” Dan said.
“We know there’s a little Busselton-Bunbury rivalry, and the Bunbury show was great so here's hoping that Busselton out-does their bigger brother!"
