A two car collision in Yalyalup has left two Busselton women seriously injured and seeking medical attention in hospital.
One of the ladies was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital while the other was transported to Bunbury.
Busselton police Senior Sergeant Steve Principe said it looked as though the 49-year old and 35-year-old women tried to do a U-turn across two lanes of traffic.
“Both women were in the same vehicle and they hit a four wheel drive in the side,” Mr Principe said.
The incident occurred on the corner of Bussell Highway and Osprey Drive at 6am on March 29.
Mr Principe is calling for witnesses who saw the Ford Sedan and Mistibishi four-wheel-drive collide.
