Mandurah police will investigate a suspicious fire after a vehicle was found burnt-out at a Silver Sands beach carpark on Sunday morning.
The late-model Mitsubishi was gutted in the blaze which was started in the early hours of the morning.
Fire crews said $20,000 worth of damage was caused to the vehicle which was suspected to have been stolen.
Inquiries are continuing.
