Police are investigating a road rage incident which happened on Pinjarra Road just before noon on Wednesday.
A male driver sustained serious facial injuries after being attacked by a motorbike rider in a carpark.
Details are sketchy at this stage but the rider is believed to have collided with the vehicle before assaulting the driver.
The driver has sought treatment at Peel Health Campus for a suspected broken nose.
The rider fled the area.
