A carousel has been earmarked for the foreshore by the City of Busselton which is looking for expressions of interest to operate the children’s ride.
City of Busselton chief executive officer Mike Archer said it would be located in the jetty precinct east of the Equinox Cafe.
Mr Archer said while the city was open to all creative suggestions, they had envisaged it would be fairly traditional and similar to others in places with a family focus.
At this stage, it was unknown if the carousel would operate all year round.
