The team from the Busselton Jetty jumped onboard Australia’s biggest morning tea to help raise money for the Cancer Council on Sunday.

According to the Cancer Council, there are more than 1.1 million Australians who are living with cancer or have survived a diagnosis. The funds raised help save lives through the prevention, early detection and treatment of cancer.
Many people braved the cold conditions to join the jetty team for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits which were kindly donated by Arnotts.
The Busselton Jetty team raised $1200 for Cancer Council from raffle tickets sales and donated the proceeds from their $3 walk tickets.
There was tremendous support from the community towards a raffle which was drawn on the day, first prize was a 43 inch TV donated by Retravision. Second prize was a glass pendant, from Fox Glass Creations and Third and Fourth prize were Stan Davies prints donated by the Busselton Jetty.
