The twelfth regional Telethon home is now up for grabs, with the unique property to be auctioned off on October 15, if not sold prior.

Situated on the beautiful canals of Busselton’s Newport Geographe Estate, this prime piece of land was generously donated by Aigle Royal.

Built by WA Country Builders, the modern-day beach house takes full advantage of the beautiful surrounds.  Country Builders group sales manager Peter Cherry said the they are proud to be continuing their work with Telethon.

“We really feel this is the best regional home we have ever built,” he said.

“We couldn’t have done it without all the generosity from our suppliers and tradies.

“Especially on a local level, everyone was more than willing to donate their time and expertise, it all helps to ensure we can raise as much funds as possible for Telethon.”

Harcourts Busselton have also donated their services to show and market the home. For more information on the home, contact 0419 837 690.
