Geographe Primary School had jeans of every colour on display with students and staff raising in excess of $730.
The younger children across the road at Bluebird Day Care were also dressed down for the occasion, with many of the staff and children wearing their denim duds.
Money raised from the day goes towards research at the Children's Medical Institute into birth defects and diseases such as cancer, epilepsy, and a range of genetic disorders.
