The Dunsborough Ducks were victorious after a clean sweep at the Country Masters Football Carnival.
The carnival held at Rushton Park is made from teams all over the state as they combine to compete in a day long, highly anticipated football event.
The Ducks had three games for the day, the first against Quinns Rock at the unholy hour of 9.30am.
The strong forward line with support from the half back saw the Quinns team come undone, trying valiantly to keep the Ducks at bay but in the end it was Dunsborough on top.
The second game against Northampton continued in a similar vein, with the Ducks’ strong forward line and immense ruck contests proving unbeatable.
After a lengthy wait the final game of the carnival came about against Batavia.
The Ducks came out all guns blazing.
The back line was rewarded for their efforts with some forward motion that could not be matched by the Batavia back line.
The Dunsborough Ducks swept past the Batavia team for another big win.
Celebrations for the stellar day were required, with presentations and refreshments enjoyed by all on the journey home after a successful carnival campaign.
