Ms Campbell visited Dumbleyung early November has been awarded this honour to acknowledge her contribution to the community.
Council's presentation to Ms Campbell will take place on New Year's Eve when she is set to return for the celebrations of her father's achievements.
Ms Campbell will arrive back in Dumbleyung a few days prior to New Year's Eve and spend the day attending the events organised by the Dumbleyung Events Committee.
