Busselton Toyota has become the most decorated Toyota dealership in the country after winning its 20th President's award in a row.
On top of that, the dealership also won Regional Dealer of the Year Award for the 20th time.
Busselton Toyota general manager Simon Fairbrother said winning the awards, both the President's and Rural Regional Dealer of the Year, required a team effort, with passion for our Guests (customers) and attention to detail was vital.
Each year Toyota Motor Corporation presents all of its dealers with a list of criteria across which a dealership must achieve a high standard to be recognised for both the Regional Dealership and President's Awards.
These criteria include new vehicle sales, service, finance and insurance, business management, our Toyota for Life Culture, our facilities and profitability.
Mr Fairbrother said Busselton Toyota had also achieved Silver Excellence (best in category) in the State for Service, Parts, Guest Experience, New Cars, Facilities and Environment and New Car Sales.
Busselton Toyota dealer principal Laurie Saltarini has been the leader of this successful team for more than 20 years. Mr Fairbrother said winning had become a habit for the team
"It demonstrates the commitment our team have for ensuring our guests are having a fantastic experience when they do business with us and the faith we all place in Laurie's leadership and his plans for the future of the dealership," he said.
According to Mr Fairbrother, Mr Saltarini lays out the map for how he would like each department to perform and the staff have absolute confidence that the map would lead them to success.
"Although the awards are something we don't boast about, it's great to be able let our guests know that when they entrust us with their business, they do so knowing we will deliver what we promise," he said.
Busselton Toyota has won the Toyota President's Award for Excellence from 1999-2018, the Toyota Australian Dealer of the Year in 2002, 2006 to 2009 and the WA Toyota Regional Dealer of the Year from 1998-2004, 2006-2018.
