The City of Busselton has three new councillors and a deputy mayor who were sworn in at a special meeting on Monday evening after the recent local government election.
Communication specialist Phill Cronin, small business owner Kate Cox and former police officer and parenting coordinator Sue Riccelli were all sworn in at the meeting.
Missing was newly elected Justice of the Peace Jo Barrett-Lennard who will be sworn in at Wednesday's agenda briefing.
Ms Barrett-Lennard will replace former councillor Rob Bennett, who retired earlier this year due to ill-health, and will serve two years, all other councillors were elected for four years.
Reelected for their second term on council were Ross Paine and Paul Carter.
Councillor Grant Henley was reelected as mayor and Kelly Hick was elected deputy mayor, taking over the role from former councillor John McCallum who missed out on a seat.
Coralie Tarbotton and Rob Reekie also missed out on reelection, along with nominees Midge Avery, Valerie Kaigg, Anne Ryan, Beverley Stone and Brian Greig.
