Anglers from around the South West took part in this year's Blue Water Classic seeing big catches weighed in at the annual Naturaliste Game and Sports Fishing Club event.
Weighing in at almost 19 kilograms, Jamie Docking hooked a monster dhufish at 18.93kg. In the juniors, Jack Langridge reeled in a dhufish weighing in at 7.08 kg.
Taking out the junior division was seven-year old Kyben and five-year old Norman who both shared equal first. The senior division was won by 14-year old Alannah, followed by Riley.
In the land based fishing competition, Danny Clark hooked a tailor weighing in at 5.01 kg and Brenton Warner hooked a mulloway weighing in at 3.71 kg.
The Blue Water Classic is not all about big catches, hooking a fish as close to a predetermined weight as possible also saw anglers snag some great prizes.
In small catches, Ian McDonald hooked a whiting weighing in at 275 grams, Jim Anthony caught a herring weighing 225 grams and Ashley Grocock caught a tarwhine weighing in at 695 grams.
In the junior division, Lewis Warner caught a herring weighing in at 260 grams and a tarwhine which weighed 280 grams.
In the sub junior division, Max Middleton weighed in a whiting at 175 grams and Anthony Sharman reeled in a herring weighing 265 grams.
