A free deceased estate planning seminar will be held in Busselton to inform people how to create an estate plan, understand the role of an executor and how to apply for probate and administer the estate.
The seminar is being held by Busselton Hospice Care Inc with solicitor Mark McAuliffe who has more than 40 years' experience.
The seminar will be held from 1.45pm on December 1, 2020 at the Geographe Bay Centre at 5 Craig Street in Busselton.
The seminar will commence at 2pm and run for 45 minutes, and will be followed by a Q and A session.

Anyone in the community is welcome to attend and participants may bring along an executor, friend or family member.
