About me
I have lived in the Busselton and Dunsborough area for more than 40 years and have enjoyed participating in daily life with other families and the community.
I worked at the Busselton-Margaret Times for many years, married, had two children and have been part of several community and youth sporting organisations from t-ball to motocross, local hall and residents' committees.
I am a member of the Busselton and Districts Residents Association, Cape to Cape Bird Group (specifically Black Cockatoos), Ludlow Tuart Forest Restoration Group and Busselton Horticulture Society.
I went to Dunsborough Primary School, MLC in Claremont and completed a Bachelor of Arts in English studies at Edith Cowan University. I am also a published poet.
Motivation
I believe my experience will ensure I make the right decisions for our ratepayers and residents - we all belong.
Needs addressing
Keeping rates at a manageable level for all land and homeowners is a must especially during COVID-19.
Roads must be maintained for emergency services and regular transport while saving spaces like Signal Park and beachfront areas for all to enjoy is a priority.
