The Disabled Surfing Association held it's second surfing day of the season at Bunker Bay on January 18, 2020.
Fifty participants enjoyed a warm day with tiny wind waves giving just enough push to get the soft foam boards moving.
Forty-two carers were helped by a record number of 144 volunteers.
Many of the volunteers say they have more fun than the surfers.
New DSA patron Kevin Merrifield donned a rashie and spent all morning in the water helping participants catch a wave.
The day culminated with a touching memorial service for DSA volunteer and committee member Brenton Lymam who tragically lost his life last year.
