Busselton dealership claims national win

Gavin and Lola Cook, along with their team from Geographe Saw & Mowers, celebrated the dealership's win as WA Regional Dealer of the Year.

STIHL judges state winners and National STIHL Dealer of the Year Awards on several criteria including sales growth in units and dollars, staff training in technical and retail, customer experience, showroom presentation, local area marketing and business growth.

Gavin and Lola said they were incredibly proud of their team's efforts over the past 12 months.

"It's amazing to be recognised for the outstanding work the team has put in over the past year. We're committed to providing the best outdoor garden power tools and delivering advice to our local community, and it's great to be recognised as their first choice for quality equipment and support.

"Being able to help people get outside and bring out their passion for gardening is a great privilege."

The Geographe Saw & Mowers team collected the honour after they were acknowledged for their quality customer service and "can do" attitude.

STIHL said the award highlighted the dealership's dedication to providing exceptional servicing and superior customer service to their community, resulting in better product knowledge and awareness in Busselton and surrounding areas.
