Volunteer Ralph Upton, who has been coordinating the Dunsborough clean up for the past 10 years, said 110 volunteers filled 300 rubbish bags at the 2017 event.
He said he hoped to attract even more people to the cause this year.
“We care about where we live and are proud of where we live,” he said.
“We do this to keep our beautiful region looking as pristine and litter free as possible.”
Volunteers will cover Dunsborough to Yallingup, with Caves Road a notorious hot spot for litter.
Mr Upton said volunteers founds everything from coffee cups and beer bottles to nappies and underwear along the stretch.
Dunsborough Primary School will have two classes of students pick up rubbish as part of Clean Up Australia Day school’s event.
Students will cover from Meelup Regional Park boundary to Dandatup Brook beach.
The school’s participation in Clean Up Australia Day is one of four events in the year which students are involved in tidying the town.
Clean Up Australia Day is held nationally on March 4.
