Jindong creative craft brewers Rocky Ridge Brewing Co. will launch a new thirst quencher at the upcoming South West Craft Beer Festival.
Their Rock Juice is a nine per cent New England style brew, made in collaboration with craft-orientated bottleshops, Cape Cellars and Cellarbrations Carlisle.
Head brewer Hamish Coates said through careful use of hops and yeast, they were able to create the novel beer.
“It is very, very juicy and doesn’t taste boozy at all,” he said.
“It has citrus and mango flavours and tastes like a tropical fruit punch and it even looks like a breakfast juice.”

Mr Coates said the brewery loved to find ways to keep beer fun for all.
“We don’t want to ever be boring and we personally don’t want to drink the same beer all the time,” he said.
“It is about experimenting, pushing the boundaries and going beyond the norm and status quo.”
Rocky Ridge Brewing and Vasse Valley hemp farm’s Dr Weedy’s Hemp Ale was WA’s first commercially available hemp beer.
The South West Craft Beer Festival will be held at 3 Oceans Winery on March 3.
Tickets for the 2018 South West Craft Beer Festival are $35 and available from swbeerfest.com.au.
